UnifiGuest is a wireless internet service available for official visitors of the University of Western Australia and business units who wish to provision short term wireless internet access to guests or conferences who do not qualify for Category 1 or 2 staff status, and who will typically require an account for less than 7 days.

UWA Staff can request UnifiGuest accounts for short-term guests using Self Service, under My Dashboard in the Service Desk. Simply log in to the UWA IT Service Desk at https://serviceportal.it.uwa.edu.au and from the left menu select Self Service under My Dashboard. Complete the required details in the UnifiGuest Single User Account request form from this page.

A UnifiGuest account is created for and provided only to a single person. Generic, transferrable accounts are not available through this service.
