Staff
A Pheme account is created for all staff automatically, and simply needs to be activated by the new staff member in order to access UWA systems and resources.
UWA Students
Your UWA student account is created automatically, and provides access to a range of services and systems along with an email address that the University uses to communicate with you. It uses your Pheme username (student number) and password for login.

Contractors, casual or non-UWA employees
If you are a contractor, casual or non-UWA employee requiring access to University systems, there is a special process.
You first need to have submitted the Commencement of Non-university Staff form to Human Resources which allows the creation of a Pheme account.
