    • The Unified UWA IT Service Level Agreement has been produced to ensure a consistent delivery of operational IT support services to our clients, the staff, students and visitors of the University of Western Australia.
      • All of UWA’s Business Units have been invited to participate in this agreement, committing to the consistent levels of service delivery outlined in this agreement.
        • UWA IT groups participating in this agreement are listed in the table below. Details of how your IT can participate are included in the agreement.
